- 中国工程院资料记载袁隆平 1930 年出生、1953 年毕业于西南农学院,1964 年开始研究杂交水稻,1973 年实现三系配套,1974 年育成强优组合南优 2 号,1975 年研制成功制种技术。年份对应不同研究环节,不能合并成一个‘发明日’。
- 其后研究包括 1985 年提出育种战略设想、1995 年两系杂交水稻和 1997 年超级杂交稻技术路线。三系法、两系法、具体组合、制种技术和阶段性育种目标是相关但不同的对象。

Historical context
袁隆平(1930—2021)是杂交水稻育种专家与中国工程院院士,在三系杂交稻、两系法与超级杂交稻研究中承担重要组织和技术工作。杂交水稻成果由亲本材料、团队试验、制种体系、农技推广与多地环境共同形成,不能缩写成一个人独自发明一粒‘万能种子’。
Yuan Longping (1930–2021) was a hybrid-rice breeder and member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering who played major organizational and technical roles in three-line hybrid rice, two-line methods and super-hybrid-rice research. Hybrid-rice outcomes depend on parental materials, team trials, seed-production systems, agricultural extension and varied environments; they cannot be reduced to one person inventing a universal seed.

杂交水稻仍在不同生态区、品种、病虫害压力、气候、土壤和生产体系中继续研究与推广。学习者应区分试验小区、百亩示范、审定品种、商业种子与大面积统计,把亩产、公斤/公顷、水分标准和对照条件写全;粮食安全影响不是营养或医疗承诺,也不意味着农户可忽略当地品种审定、栽培指导和种子规则。最新产量、种植面积与中心项目属于时效信息。
Hybrid rice continues to be researched and deployed across ecosystems, varieties, pest pressures, climates, soils and production systems. Learners should distinguish research plots, larger demonstrations, registered varieties, commercial seed and regional statistics, always recording yield units, moisture standards and comparator conditions. Food-security impact is not a nutrition or medical promise and does not remove the need for local variety registration, agronomic guidance and seed rules. Current yields, planted area and project status are time-sensitive.
